As an award-winning creative with over 15 years in the industry, I create immersive visual stories for a wide variety of local, national, and international brands. It all starts with an in-depth look at your brand, your industry, and your target market. Anything and everything I can learn about your business and then some. While the method is customized for each and every client, the core research process typically includes the following: market and competitor research, interviews, focus groups, ethnography, forums, surveys, user testing, and more. The bottom line is: I extensively research and study your customers and find out what they care about and what’s relevant to them about your market, your competitors, and your business.

Strategy

Leveraging these insights, I develop a plan to define a solution your audience will care about. This is where I brainstorm and explore ideas. Every idea is taken into consideration. Even that bad idea can spark a great one, and many times resulting in the best solution. This process allows me to narrow all ideas down to the best solution possible. This strategy determines the direction of the design, personality, and ultimate outcome of the final product.

Design

Once I have a refined, well-thought strategy, I can move on to the fun part–bringing the strategy to life. This is where ideas take shape and your brand is reborn. Using these insights and strategy, we can now define the look, feel, and personality of your brand. The goal? Engaging both new and existing customers with a focused message to create long-lasting relationships with your target audience.
